Coldresin moulding shop

In this department, we produce large parts by hand with an individual weight up to 8,000 kg for GJL and up to 6,000 kg for GJS. Here we use mould sizes of up to 4,000 x 2,500 mm with a mixer capacity of 30 tonnes/h.

Manual casting – A particular strength of our company

This will continue to be very important in future. New and further developments in casting materials, manufacturing processes and the refinement of working techniques are all characteristic of the innovative development going on at »Gießerei Dossmann«. The furan resin moulding process guarantees great accuracy. Thanks to the combination of several highly developed processes and techniques, we are capable of manufacturing event the most complex components.
