In our modern works, we produce cast components with an individual weight up to 1,000 kg for GJL and GJS, using mould sizes of up to 2,050 x 1,100 mm with a mixer capacity of 25 tonnes/h.

The very latest, mechanised production from the model to the finished casting. Our sophisticated mould system confirms this claim again and again - an innovation which sets new standards in mechanised casting technology. The system enables the production of small to medium batches with varying dimensions with rapid throughput (40-45 moulds per day). Our customers' demands are always on the increase - high-quality, reliable castings with the shortest possible delivery times. This requires both properly trained specialist personnel and the corresponding technical equipment. This system has been installed in order to produce high-quality products to an assured and consistent quality standard.
